Fakhri Ismayilov holds a PhD in Economics and serves as an Assistant to the Prime Minister in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is a member of the Commission for the preparation of the draft of the “Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026 and present 2027–2030”. His state prizes include the Progress Medal and the 3rd degree of State Advisor, awarded by Presidential Decrees. He is also a recipient of the Fulbright Grant from the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, US Department of State.
